The Team
Our Team
Over 25 years of combined healthcare experience. Senior bankers doing senior work — every engagement led hands-on, start to finish.
Tridia is built around senior, hands-on involvement. We staff lean and experienced, which means clients work directly with the people who have done the deals — not a junior bench. The team is growing as the firm does.
Luke Boyett
Managing Partner
Luke founded Tridia Partners to bring senior, operator-informed advisory to healthcare companies at their most consequential moments. Over 18 years, he has executed transactions in excess of $8 billion — sales, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic partnerships.
Before Tridia, Luke was a Partner and member of the Management Committee at a leading healthcare-focused investment bank, with coverage across payors, providers, value-based care, healthcare technology, home-based care, and behavioral health. Earlier, he founded an independent advisory firm and led multiple lower-middle-market and venture syndicates as an independent sponsor, and developed his deep strategic and operating expertise over the course of a decade in corporate development, strategy, and corporate finance at a Fortune 50 healthcare company.

Sam Ball-Brau
Vice President

Before Tridia, Sam spent several years at a leading healthcare-focused investment bank, covering healthcare services and life sciences, and earlier worked in investment banking at global banks in London.
